Production and Delivery times
- Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 2 days. During this time, you can request a change or cancellation within 1 day without any charge.

Production Time: Our skilled artisans will meticulously handcraft your product within 2-4 weeks from the time of ordering. Please note that once the product is completed, there is 1 time modification can be made. We will send you preview via email before shipping to check every details. After 2 day of sending preview, if we receive no response, we will automatically send the doll to the shipping company and you will not be able to make any modification after that.

Shipping Time: Once your product is ready, we will use reliable and popular shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc., based on your location, weather condition and the availability of each carrier. On average, shipping time ranges from 7-10 days. Please note that delays during shipping may occur and are occasionally beyond our control. Factors like custom clearance procedures and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for regular shipping.
SPECIAL NOTE:
- Tracking Number: Within 1-3 days after we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and know the estimated delivery time.
- Lost Shipments: In the unfortunate event that a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, we will take appropriate actions to address the situation.
- Shipping information: It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout (Name, Address and Phone Number). We will not be held responsible for undelivered or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or missing details.
SHIPPING FEE
- The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items' weight.
- We offer free shipping for all order over 200$ and in the certain promotion campaign.
