Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please get in touch with us through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok or email (support@tranquilhandmade.com) and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We'll confirm once the change or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled within 1 day and modified within 2 day of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified. 

Please note: If an order is canceled within the allowed time frame, 15% of the order value will be deducted as a processing fee. This fee is for transaction fee and is not retained by us. Customers will receive a 85% refund of the total amount. Thank you for your understanding!
