Preview & Shipment

Due to all dolls are handmade and personalized, processing time for a Doll is 7-14 days depending on size and details before shipping.

After finishing the doll, we will send you photo via email & sms to make sure you are satisfied with all the details.

Each doll will be packed safely in a kraft gift box with shred paper and a photo card attached.

Once your package is ready, we will use reliable and popular shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc. On average, shipping time ranges from 9-12 days. 

How To Order

Upload a photo of your beloved ones and leave us a note about the necessary details of the details that do not show up in the photo (for example: the pant and shoes color). Incase there is no detail, we will automatically use black wool. 

For the Doll skin color to be the most precise, please note the color you want to choose to make the Doll.

If no preference is communicated, our talented artists will use their expertise to create a beautiful and harmonious skin tone based on their professional judgment.

NOTICE: After the doll is finished (2-3 weeks), we will send you a PREVIEW via EMAIL for acceptance so please provide your CORRECT EMAIL when checking out. 

Afterthat, Packing and printing photo card will take (2-3 days) & Shipping (9-12 days).

Kindly note the SKIN COLOR you want to do your dolls for the most precise skin tone. In case we do not receive the skin tone information, our craftsmen choice will be the final decision.
